The investment arm, Pitchwise, is set to inject an additional 100 million euros into the club, which can be allocated for direct club investments forthwith. Upon completion of the transaction, Pitchwise will secure a 42% stake in the club. The majority shareholder position will be retained by Meryton Holdings, while Lin Wei Jie will assume the role of chairperson within the new ownership group, working alongside Ann Rodriguez and Cory Woolfolk.
